Here at Water Fresh Farm, we grow fruits, vegetables and herbs year round – ingredients used by our chefs to create delicious food. You simply cannot get fresher ingredients than our chefs, who walk from the kitchen to the greenhouse and emerge with an armful of produce that will be transformed into meals that will bring smiles to your guests’ faces. Whether for your office or dining room, there is no shorter path from farm to table.

Sandwich Platters
The Fundamentals – an assortment of chicken salad, egg salad, smoked ham, and our own slow roasted beef and turkey, with lettuce, tomatoes, and American cheese on freshly baked rolls, hearty breads, and wraps. Condiments on the side.

Water Fresh Farm Specialties – an assortment of our specialty sandwiches.

Compliments – choose from coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, and couscous salad.

Add Hot Soup to your Sandwiches – from Tomato Bisque to Chicken Noodle, all our soups are made fresh in our farm kitchen

Salads
Water Fresh Farm House Salad – Water Fresh bibb lettuce, cucumbers, and ripe tomatoes.

Spinach Salad – baby spinach, crumbled bacon, red onion, roasted mushrooms, apple.

Mediterranean Salad – mixed greens, chickpeas, mixed olives, roasted red pepper, red cabbage, & feta cheese.

Pear Gorgonzola Salad – baby lettuce with poached pears, crumbled gorgonzola & candied pecans.

Caesar Salad – romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and garlic-herb croutons with creamy Caesar dressing.

Appetizers
Grilled Vegetables – an assortment of grilled fresh vegetables, chopped and placed atop crostini.

Fresh Vegetables with Dip – a combination of baby carrots, bell peppers, Water Fresh cucumbers, broccoli, grape tomatoes, zucchini, and summer squash served with homemade dip.

Shrimp Cocktail – large shrimp, slow poached in our own boullion.  Served with Water Fresh cocktail sauce.

Tomato and Mozzarella Salad – Water Fresh tomatoes and basil, fresh mozzarella atop crostini.

Cool Cucumbers – sliced Water Fresh cucumbers, fresh mozzarella, pear tomato, and kalamata olives on skewers with pesto drizzle.

Boursin Stuffed Mushroom – house made Boursin cheese piped into medium mushrooms topped with parmesan and baked until golden .

Crab Cakes – panko herb crusted crab cakes served with red pepper tartar sauce.

Beef Sate – thin sliced beef sirloin marinated in Asian spices and grilled.  Served with toasted sesame teriyaki dipping sauce.

Sesame Chicken Skewers – boneless chicken marinated in sesame oil, then skewered and dipped in bread crumbs mixed with white and black sesame seeds.

Cajun Shrimp Skewers – oven broiled Cajun marinated shrimp served with a remoulade sauce.

Cheese Platter – Bleu, Cheddar, Swiss, sliced Gouda, and Brie.  Served with assorted crackers.

Mini Lobster Pot Pie – fresh lobster mixed with leeks, carrots, celery, sherry, and herbs wrapped in pastry and baked.

Swedish Meatballs – Angus beef mixed with onions and spices, roasted and topped with a beef demi sauce and a touch of sour cream.

Spicy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms – baked medium mushrooms filled with ground Italian sausage mixed with fennel, chili flakes, parsley, onion, and olives.

Spanakopita – phyllo dough filled with spinach, feta, and onion then baked until golden.

Dijon Chicken Wellington – Dijon marinated chicken mixed with shredded cheese, wrapped in puff pastry and baked.  Served with honey mustard dipping sauce.

Maple Glazed Scallops – large sea scallops wrapped in bacon, fried, and then glazed with maple syrup.

Hot Entrees
Chicken Parmesan – chicken coated with parmesan panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasonings, pan fried, and served with Water Fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Add pasta and sauce for an extra $2.50 per person.

Eggplant Parmesan – garden fresh eggplant, peeled, coated with parmesan panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasonings, pan fried, and served with Water Fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Add pasta and sauce for an extra $2.50 per person.

Stuffed Chicken Breast – boneless breast of chicken stuffed with cranberry wild rice and topped with a maple mushroom sauce.

Chicken Marsala – boneless breast of chicken topped with a rich wild mushroom demi sauce.

London Broil – grilled sirloin served with a rich mushroom demi glaze.

Steak Tips – grilled BBQ bourbon marinated steak tips

Grilled Pork Tenderloin – grilled pork tenderloin topped with a dried cherry port wine glaze.

Grilled Thai Salmon – grilled salmon filet with a sweet & spicy chili glace.

Stuffed Filet of Sole – crab and shrimp stuffed sole with a rich Newburg sauce.

Lobster Macaroni & Cheese – house made 5 cheese macaroni & cheese sauce tossed with cavatappi pasta, diced lobster meat, and sweet corn.  Baked with an herb crumb topping.

Grilled Vegetable Cannelloni – grilled vegetable filled cannelloni topped with a red wine marinara sauce.

Stuffed Portobello Mushroom – Water Fresh tomatoes, Arborio rice stuffing, laced with a balsamic glaze.
